Just got it from normal version (solo). Before that did hc and lfr. So as you can see it haven't shared lockout. LFR and Normal pretty ez to do with chars who have ~430 gear. Pretty sure even 400 must be enough just slightly longer.
Today's news covers 6.2.3 Valor updates, requests for questions for the Legion Q&A panel, and Blizzard's pumpkin contest which rewards a Stitches plush. 6.2.3 PTR Valor Preview Blizzard clarified on Twitter today that there will not be a hard weekly cap on acquiring Valor in 6.2.3, but you will be limited by how many times you can do specific activities.
For Normal/Heroic raiders looking to get achievements done on the side, an additional lockout for Flex raiding should be handy as well. the mythic lockout is the only one which acts a bit stricter than the others, e.g. you cannot join a group if you and them have already a lockout. The others difficultis you can essentially do what you want, but just have loot ID on the bosses you downed.

Can I do a transmog run of 25 man normal Firelands and then join someones Heroic Firelands raid for achievement runs or am I completely locked out of it? SL LFR and Normal Share Loot Lockout? do NOT do LFR (looking for raid). looting there causes you to not be able to loot in normal Castle Nathria. Essentially the same as WoD for everything.
LFR you have to http://puu.sh/jrEdl/e3e0aff6c7.jpg http://us.battle.net/wow/en/legion/#world New såg med WoD/WoW när jag slutade var problematiken i att LFR+normal var på tok för Nytt i Legion är att det kommer finnas mythic på vecko lockout och sen All lockouts are shared, if you do any raid on 10 man, the lockout will be the per week, regardless of difficulty/raid size (LFR being the only exemption). försöker förstå professions i legion. ligger rejält efter.
It looks like the bug is they set LFR and normal to share the same lockout. They should really re-roll loot in the mail via postmaster to resolve this. Anead-stormrage 16 December 2020 02:22 #18 This is such a frustrating bug and I just don’t even want to play the game this week.
Mythic dungeons will have a weekly lock on each dungeon, but will award keystones to mythic+. Mythic+ can be run "indefinitely" as long as someone in your party provides a keystone. Basically I just set it to ignore difficulty17, which is LFR. This keeps the SI window from showing the LFR lockout on the raid's main line but keeps it on the LFR line. Not ideal, because the addon is still storing the LFR lockout twice, just only using it once.
With LFR Emerald Nightmare raid testing over the weekend, several players noticed they were getting extremely good rewards--the ilvl of which rivaled gear from higher difficulties. Watcher weighs in on how the end-game reward system is shaped in Legion.
Note: LFR has its own lockout, even for raids from Dragon Soul to Throne of Thunder. Merlina: ICC though Cata raids if you did a raid on 10 man it would have a different lock out then 25 man but yes the heroic and norrmal for these raids within the size setting were the same.
My main could very easily solo all difficulties. My bank alt could do LFR and Normal, and my Horde alt could do LFR, Normal …
My bank alt could do LFR and Normal, and my Horde alt could do LFR, Normal and Heroic.

We know Legion raid bosses can drop legendary items and the chance remains in different difficulties. So you can go in Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic and Mythic to kill the same boss(es) 4 times for loot and you have 4 chances to get a legendary.
If someone joins your group after you've slain some bosses, he won't be able to kill them this week.
